Sales Specialist
Job DescriptionThe Account Specialist is responsible for day to day communications and support between the company and our top customers in the food industry.
The specialist will champion customer concerns, proactively improve processes related to the customer, provide reporting, investigate and resolve problems and provide timely communication to customers.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Maintain a high level of communication with customers and internal stakeholdersAdministrative support for internal and external processes; acct set up, inventory management, order status, contract management, customer specific requests for basic informationEstablish, maintain, and improve customer relations through personal interactions, ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers.
