The temporary position will provide an opportunity for hands-on training experience in various facets of customer service, survey management, and client outbound outreach calls.

How you will make an impact As a Customer Engagement/HRA Specialist, you will be responsible for using the Gynesis Genesys telephone system, CRM database, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and other technologies, to complete Health Risk Assessment questionnaires with current clients.
The ideal candidate is naturally adept engaging in a positive and helpful manner with customers, has an uncanny ability using modern technology systems, is flexible navigating a CRM database, searching records, and entering data.
The ideal candidate knows how to work efficiently and effectively to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals and milestones.
Be actively engaged in the training program to learn the insurance products offered Be able to articulate the health insurance benefits for a specific Medicare plan Make outbound phone calls to RetireMed Medicare clients Demonstrate exemplary customer service Capture the Health Risk Assessment Survey from the Medicare client Enter Health Risk Assessment Survey into the portal Accurately log all phone call interactions in the CRM system using standard English grammar Achieve established performance goals to complete projects Familiar with CRM system and ability to navigate multiple screens, very familiar with technology Exhibit critical thinking skills to complete tasks.

Minimum Requirements High School diploma or actively pursuing college degree 3 years of customer service Outbound call center experience a plus.
Active user of Outlook, Microsoft Teams, technology navigation, CRM database use and or similar systems.
Must be an avid user of technology.
Effective oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
Ability to think critically and make informed decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Knowledge of basic sales techniques, customer engagement and Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future.
For any roles working remotely, the work must also be performed inside the United States, not in a foreign country.
