Summary:
The General Production Associate will take part in the assembly, testing, inspection, and shipping of Tark products.
This is a 1st shift role (7:
00am - 3:
30pm) Monday - Friday.
ESSENTIAL
Responsibilities:
Responsible for basic production including Mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, and blueprints Quality testing via pressurized flow testing and submerged weld leak testing Final inspection for visual and mechanical defects prior to shipping Shipping and receiving of Tark products and subcomponents Job kitting / production material support Reporting and data collecting Ensure safety and quality standards of product and employees are always met All other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager or General Production Lead including, but not limited to Machining products (grinders, CNC, sanders, Etc.
) Inventory R&D projects Cleaning and maintenance WHY TARK, INC.

Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude - ability to learn and read mechanical drawings, prints, procedures, etc.
Previous experience working with hand tools is a plus, not required Comfortable with basic math skills Detail-oriented, disciplined, and accountable for results Works well with others, great team player, and handles conflict/change with an open mind Willingness to bring forward continuous improvement ideas and implement them where applicable Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (exposure to sounds, smells, and machinery) Ability to lift, pull, and torque up to 20lbs consistently Fine motor manipulation with fingers, hands, and arms.
