The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk tasks and providing exceptional administrative support in a dental office setting.
We are looking for 2 to 3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries - Maintain patient records accurately and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations - Must be able to do claims processing - Assist with administrative tasks to support the dental office operations - Utilize Dentrix software efficiently for scheduling and patient management
Experience:
