Job Details
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
6
years of progressive accounting experience; construction industry experience is a plus; public accounting experience is a plus.
Active CPA and/or CCIFP designation is a plus.
Proven ability to supervise and develop staff effectively.
Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office.
Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting.
Familiarity with business taxes (federal and state income, sales/use, payroll).
Experience with auditing processes and procedures.
Proficiency in accounting software applications, experience with CMiC is ideal.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and an ability to recognize inconsistencies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional and positive demeanor.
High commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidential matters.
