Cams Commercial Cleaning is hiring part time Floor Care Technicians. Four positions are available: two morning positions and two evening positions. Service is conducted at retail locations in the Dayton/Cincinnati area.
Morning technicians will be servicing retail stores prior to opening. Job start times will vary between 4 AM and 7:30 AM and last 2-3 hours (plus drive time).
Evening technicians will be servicing retail stores after closing. Job start times will vary between 8 PM and 10 PM and last 2-3 hours (plus drive time).
Floor services include mopping, sweeping, burnishing/buffing, carpet cleaning, etc. Technicians will be using a propane burnisher, autoscrubber, swing machine, mop, dust mop, etc. HEAVY LIFTING is required when loading/unloading equipment in the van.
Mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment and vehicle is a plus.
Technicians must accurately document work performed and receive signatures on required paperwork.
Successful candidates must hold a VALID Driver's License and have no DUI's or any other offense that will make them unable to be insured.
Candidates will also be required to pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and criminal background check.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Starting Salary is $8.50 for the first 90 days during probation. An increase is made after the successfully completing the probationary period.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
