Job Title - Sales Coordinator

General Responsibilities:
The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the respective Sales Director to grow existing accounts, build collaborative relationships across all levels of the accounts, and to improve sales execution. The Coordinator develops persuasive data driven selling stories that drive customer decisions. He/ she is responsible for item set up, account promotional evaluations & CDF tracking, new item analysis/trackers, Customer CLR/JBP coordination/preparation, POS pulling & analysis & fulfilling various customer requests. In some cases, this position may be the sales contact for dotcom customers, certain categories at larger retailers or other small retailers. This position is a feeder role for future sales talent.

Examples of Typical Activities:
Developing strong working relationship/knowledge with account buyers, planners and other customer departments.
Suggesting promotional orders when appropriate
Product Item set up and item maintenance for dotcom & stores
Monitor dotcom (content, reviews, pricing, availability). Address issues with account and resolve
Perform & coordinate visual management setup - endcap signage & execution/forms
Working cross-functionally with various departments to resolve issues such as price deviations, promotional item availability, & communication with account.
Coordinate all CLR & JBP efforts internally and externally
Evaluate account level analysis - Retail Trends, POS, Store Checks and competitive landscapes
Fulfill various customer requests such as samples, special projects, regional analysis etc
Review score card and metrics. In customer line reviews cover scorecard analysis and address any specific issues.
Account management for assigned categories at larger accounts, online customers & small accounts
Travel as required to meet with account planners/business analysts

Required Experience
BS Degree preferred and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, sales support or analytical support roles
Consumer Products Goods category experience required

Required Technical Competencies
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Strong Microsoft Excel - spread sheet and data base applications
Knowledge of customer POS Software systems
Demonstrated ability to manage data flow and monitor information
Excellent verbal, writing and presentation communication skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
