Job Title - Marketing Activation Manager

General Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Activation Manager is responsible for driving the on-time completion of all assigned projects, including but not limited to POPs, Packaging, Displayers and other projects. Collaborating with the cross functional teams, including engineering, design, product marketing and innovation, this individual must be able to lead, motivate and follow up on all assigned projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. This individual is also responsible for supporting the marketing director in preparation of key presentation materials to cross functional teams and external stakeholders. Act as an owner of the Evenflo business, and put company/team interests ahead of one's own interest.

Key Responsibilities
Build effective relationships with cross functional team members. Initiate, plan, track and follow up, as appropriate, on all assigned projects, including but not limited to POP, packaging, Displayers, to ensure timely completion and excellence in execution
Develop and align contingency plans on projects are deemed at risk of not meeting deadlines and/or execution standards. Responsibilities include effective requirements gathering, plan development and timely follow-up
Lead internal and external partners in the execution of assigned projects, examples include select consumer video productions
Lead the execution of the internal PO process to ensure all POs are easily tracked, well executed. Share best practices on the PO processes and execution
Help develop presentations for key account planning, strategy planning and why-why analysis
Assist in the development of the initiative master plan
Support sales programs and key account planning and joint business planning activities

Required Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing (or related field) is required. 4-7 years of professional work experience demonstrating project management expertise
Required Technical Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Project Management experience and expertise
Brand marketing experience and strong analytical abilities
Formal presentation development experience and expertise
Ability to organize and manage multiple, time-sensitive projects
Ability to work well in a team environment and cross functionally
High proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
