The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of moving product internally within Evenflo's various Distribution Centers to meet production needs and fill customer orders on time. In addition the Coordinator is responsible to maintain safety stock inventory of those items. The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for processing all receipts from Asia and corporate expense purchase orders. The Coordinator will process the replenishment orders for tracking of the product coming from Asia, and is responsible for the creation and set up of New SKUs in the system.

Job Responsibilities - "W hat" You Do
Process Asia shipments within the system.
Receive POs into system to confirm timely payment. Process replenishment orders.
Set up SKU numbers for new product, assigning UPC & SCC codes. Update BAAN system.
Process purchase orders.
Optimize the utilization of truck space for shipments between distribution centers. Make arrangements for trans-loads & process replenishment orders.
Provide supplier scorecard information to Quality.
Maintain open communication with the Planners and Logistics. Communicate with planners and logistics
Confirm when vessels get to the port that it gets unloaded so product can be moved to Piqua in time for production. Compare inventories from 3PL warehouse system to BAAN System & reconcile differences
Request Cycle Counts from 3PL Distribution Centers & reconcile differences
May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
