Requirements:

years process development and improvement in plastic molding or medical device assembly industries.
Familiarity with dip casting, silicone sheeting, injection molding, extrusion, packaging or assembly processes including labeling and custom bar code generation.
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field.
Activities:
Train equipment operators and process technicians to facilitate efficient, quality production.
Oversee production processes and resolve issues with materials, molds, tooling machines or other molding equipment by troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis.
Define, develop and improve process plans to achieve and sustain key operational performance.
Excellent starting compensation up to $130,000 with full medical, dental, vision and prescription insurance plans as well as company paid life insurance. Generous time off for vacation, holidays, personal and sick days. Tuition reimbursement for continued education and paid training provided. Relocation assistance provided.
